Then there are those time when you’re supposed to be working, but instead you’re thinking about how AMAZING it would be if you got to play in a DnD game that was GMed by @MarkHamill.

And most people I’ve been around who just don’t even question things or look into trying to fix them have been neurotypical.

So, yeah, this commentary is definitely skewed by personal experience. But I still gotta wonder how the world goes round this way.

Sometimes you’re just sitting here editing a manuscript, and the point of view displayed by the main character makes you truly wonder how neurotypical people even survive in this world. 🤔

I realize that plenty of neurotypical people have decent troubleshooting skills. But most of the people I’m around every day whose job is literally to figure out WHY things are the way they are, and adjust them accordingly, are definitely some brand of neurodivergent.
