@iamadityaghosh - I have been following up with Akasa Air customer service for so many days. For last 1 days they have been promising refund but no action.

@AkasaAir Same response in the mail. Asking for more time. Talking to your customer support almost daily... No resolution... Only one response "give us some time"
@AkasaAir - since 20th May I have been waiting for refund. Although my bank account has been debited but ticket has not been issued. Made so many phone calls & so many mails.. no result despite assurance from your customer support... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..

Pathetic service from #kerovit. Spare parts not available for a simple flush plate... Buying bathroom fittings from Kerovit was a wrong decision. @KerovitIndia please improve your network & make spares available
