My article JN069431402IN has been wrongly marked as delivered on 07/09/2026 at 19:23:22 at Khairi BO. The tracking shows “Article Delivered to kk”, but I have not received the article/PAN card and I did not authorize anyone else to receive it.

My PAN card article JN069431402IN was marked as delivered on 07/09/2026 at 19:23 hrs at Khairi BO, but it was not delivered to me, the actual addressee. It appears that my PAN card was handed over to another person.
Kindly investigate this matter at Khair
