@flipkartsupport Your specialists just said there is no return policy for this order, and didn't even replying after that.
If there is no return policy means sellers can send anything.
You approach to solve the issue shows that you are more concerned about sellers not customers.

@POCOSupport If the phone got dead beacuse of me in just 1.5 year of usage, why it is also happening with other users.
Other brand phones doesn't get dead in just 1.5 year, why it's happening with your specific models only.
