My poor brother traveled this weekend on @united. His luggage was badly damaged by @united .He's been speaking with Barbara Kaplan, Damage Specialist for the airline and she's been a complete pill. SO RUDE. Where's the customer service? No one asked u to break his luggage 😡

I want to shoutout Carla @AmericanAir. She deserves a crown! She stayed on the phone with me for 1hr28mins to workout the major issue I had with my travel for tomorrow. I was nearly in tears. So glad that there are still champions of customer service still left in the world❤🙏🏽
