Hi @Lenskart_com why store guy's always try to scam. Today i went to store to exchange my glasses they told me that the frame will cost 3000 but when i came and checked on the app then it's showing frame cost 1900 and the lens cost is 4500. Why there is no clarification is there?

Disappointing in-store experience at Lenskart 👓
I purchased glasses with lenses from Lenskart. After receiving them, I immediately visited the store the same day for an exchange because the frame was uncomfortable and loose.

Only after I showed the exchange option visible on the Lenskart app, they admitted exchange was possible but said it would affect their store rating.

Finally, they suggested returning both glasses and placing a new order for a full refund.

After checking my number in their system, they said exchange isn’t possible and suggested returning the glasses — which would cause a loss since it was a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer.

The store staff initially denied the exchange, saying I should have checked at the time of delivery. Instead, they manually tightened the frame.

Today, after checking Lenskart’s exchange policy on the app, I went back again. Same response at first.
