@CRED_support @RBI @RBIsays I have attempted to pay my credit card using cred app, the amount got debited from my account but was not paid to the card account. Now they are saying it will take 7-8 working days for the refund. Which regulation of RBI permits this?

@CRED_club amount debited from my bank account towards card payment but status shows unpaid. Your team tells me that it will take 5-7 working days for credit to reflect in my account. As per RBI guidelines you are not permitted to hold the amount so why so long?
