Hyderabad’s real estate boom is a reflection of something bigger - rising jobs, stronger infrastructure, expanding business and growing confidence in the city’s future. In H1 2026 alone, homes worth ₹52,913 crore were sold, placing Hyderabad third in India by housing sales value, while nearly 60 million sq. ft. of residential space was absorbed.
The demand is strong for bigger homes too, with 26,100 homes sold and the average home price rising nearly 10% to ₹2.03 crore, while the average home size reached around 2,300 sq. ft. Developers launched 49,656 new homes, up from 36,224 last year.
Hyderabad’s growth is being backed by a rapidly expanding office ecosystem - 170 million sq. ft. of completed office space, 103 million sq. ft. under construction and nearly 7 million sq. ft. leased in H1 2026 - creating the jobs and economic activity that continue to drive housing demand.
With Metro Phase-II, Musi rejuvenation and the Regional Ring Road opening new growth corridors, the city’s long-term potential is only getting stronger. The CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show, featuring 60+ developers and 300+ RERA-approved projects, further showcased this confidence.
The northwest remains the biggest residential market with 73% of sales value, while the southwest is emerging rapidly, growing its share from 10% in H1 2022 to 17% in H1 2026.

Hyderabad is making the dream of owning a home a reality for more families.
The Indiramma Housing towers are bringing affordable flats within reach in the CURE limits, with the government providing a ₹5 lakh subsidy and beneficiaries contributing ₹6 lakh per flat. The draw of lots for beneficiaries has begun across 16 Assembly constituencies, with the process being conducted over August 28–31 and streamed live for transparency.
On Friday, draws were held in Quthbullapur, Secunderabad Cantonment, Rajendranagar and Nampally, with Khairatabad, Kukatpally, Amberpet and Bahadurpura among the constituencies covered on August 29.
Each family will be allotted only one flat, while the beneficiary contribution will be paid in four instalments, starting with ₹1 lakh after provisional allotment. Selected applicants will receive messages, and beneficiary lists will be uploaded online.
For families who have long dreamed of having a house of their own, this is a step towards a place they can truly call home!

90 year old sister walks all the way to tie rakhi to her 85 & 78 year's old brothers. She brings 2 coconuts from the trees in her own home as gifts for her 2 brothers. ❤️
She is the true brand ambassador of #RakshaBandhan—not the Mulla-Marxist-Missionary-sponsored crook Kriti Sanon.
Boycott GIVA and give her something from brands that respect and celebrate Sanātana culture instead of being busy poisoning it.
This is perhaps the most emotional video on the internet. ❤️
Wishing you all a very Happy #RaksaBandan2026 ! 🙏

More shocking news from Nepal: another dam built by China near the Tibet–Nepal border has reportedly collapsed, triggering fears of a devastating secondary flash flood. Rescue operations have been suspended as terrified villagers flee to higher ground, while China evacuates the Gyirong border port.
This is the tragic human cost of reckless and irresponsible construction. Such projects can endanger the lives of millions, destroy homes and livelihoods, and tear families apart by snatching loved ones away forever.
Development can never come at the cost of human lives. Those responsible for decisions that put millions at risk must be held accountable. The world cannot remain silent while innocent people pay the price for reckless engineering and inadequate regard for human safety.
