After multiple request the representative said they spoke to one area service manager and they will be giving me a 2500 rs discount on the display cost, @SamsungMobile don't care about their customers situation, only money matters to them, Advertisement are only for show

I called samsung helpline and requested them to help me to claim warranty as I was here before for this issue and couldn't come back next day due to medical emergency,they did not show me any empathy just said as per terms and conditions I'll not be able claim warranty

Once we got back to home from hospital went to service center to show the issue on dec 18th, at that point of time I got to know my warranty got expired 3 days back, and I was told there was a issue with display which will cost me around 30K and I cannot claim warranty

As I was not able to go MG road that day, suddenly there was a medical emergency in home and my son got hospitalized for more than a week, Due to this I couldn't visit service center from dec 7 to 15, at that point of time I didn't know warranty getting expired on which day

After that again display touch screen started to hang right before warranty from past 3 weeks, I thought it was a issue with screen guard and went to service center yelahanka they said they don't have screen guard, I was told to go to samsung plaza in MG road.

I bought a Samsung Z flip 4 phone last year Dec 15th, There was issue with right after 6 months with display Going blank without physical damage, as it was under warranty they replaced it for free
