@EurekaForbes I have senior citizens at my house who are unable to get access to drinking water since last 24 hours. Have dropped mails to the Company.I have no idea how you guys are running such a huge company with such cheap, disappointing customer service. @EurekaForbes

Most bogus service by @EurekaForbes. Did not get a single technician to visit and fix water filter which is not working since yesterday. Absoutely disgusted with the Company. No amount of mails, calls have been fruitful till now

@delhivery @help_delhivery Your customer care says it is lost from your site. Extremely reckless and irresponsible. Resolve this matter ASAP. It is my hard earned money and I will be forced to take actions otherwise.

I am extremely disappointed with the @delhivery @help_delhivery service. My package was supposed to reach me om 11th Jan and it is 22nd Jan now. There has been no update and helpdesk says package is untraceable. Extremely irresponsible. Pls deliver my package or refund my money.
