@casagrandhomes Please work on Casa Grande Hazan Bangalore handover instead of brand promotion. You already passed promised handover timeline December 2025.
Now your team is saying November 2027 is handover. Keep your committed words with customer automatically customers will promote you.

@casagrandhomes Failed to deliver Hazen on promised date. Sales team gave fake promises and now CRM saying we work in RERA date. How Govt allows them to promise other than RERA date @CMofKarnataka. Customer has to wait for 3-4 years after paying 95 % of unit price.@governmentofkar @RERAKarnataka

[Chandrashekhar DM @Chandrudmc9]

@casagrandhomes Enjoying on customers hard earned money with no clarity on delivering projects. Most of your projects don't have clarity on handover dates. Your sales and CRM team gives false promises to customers while purchasing the units. Shame on you 🤮😡

[Chandrashekhar DM @Chandrudmc9]

@casagrandhomes Disappointed with #Casagrandhomes Promised early delivery (before RERA date) by Sales and CRM team, but now huge delays with zero clarity. Land acquisition issues hidden from buyers. In Bangalore most of @casagrandhomes projects are at crisis. Buyer shout think before investing.

[Chandrashekhar DM @Chandrudmc9]

@casagrandhomes Try to delivery the present projects in Bangalore on time. Your sales team in most unprofessional and big lier. They have false promises and now 90% of your customers trapped by paying 90% of their hard earned money.
Very disappointed with this builder.

Grateful to PM Shri @narendramodi Ji for expediting approvals for Namma Metro's Green Line from Nagasandra to Madavara.

Today, along with DCM Shri @DKShivakumar, took the trial metro run to Madavara & oversaw preparations for tomorrow's opening.

Operations on the line are all set to begin tomorrow from 5 am.

Also thank Union Minster of Housing and Urban Affairs Shri @mlkhattar Ji for his swift intervention.

#Kantara #RishabShetty @shetty_rishab

When considering movies that truly immerse you in the essence and traditions of their backdrop Rishab Shetty’s "Kantara" stands out. This Kannada film explores Karnataka’s folklore and customs, showcasing Shetty’s talent both behind and in front of the camera.

From the start "Kantara" draws you in with its visuals and genuine portrayal of life. The cinematography by Arvind S Kashyap is enchanting capturing the landscapes and intricate rituals with attention to detail. Each frame tells a story offering a glimpse into a world many rarely experience.

The narrative delves into themes of humanity’s relationship with nature the clash between tradition and modernity and the juxtaposition of spirituality and everyday life. At its core "Kantara" interweaves elements of vengeance, redemption and supernatural phenomena within the fabric of the region. Shetty’s portrayal of Shiva torn between his community duties and personal conflicts is compellingly nuanced.

What distinguishes "Kantara" is its reverence, for the traditions it portrays. The Yakshagana dance performances, Bhoota Kola ceremonies and daily routines of the villagers are depicted with a level of authenticity seldom seen in mainstream cinema. Shetty and his team have dedicated considerable time and effort to researching and presenting these traditions with the respect they deserve.

The supporting actors, such, as Kishore Kumar G and Achyuth Kumar deliver performances that bring depth and richness to the movie. The music, crafted by Ajaneesh Loknath is incredibly beautiful seamlessly weaving into the storyline and amplifying the impact of the narrative.

"Kantara" isn't a movie; it's a journey. It transports you into Karnataka’s heritage allowing you to sense every pulse of its traditional drums and every rustle of its ancient trees. The film prompts contemplation on the equilibrium, between progress and preservation encouraging viewers to contemplate the significance of staying rooted in one's origins.
