DHS LIED. NOW AN OFFICIAL INVESTIGATION HAS EXPOSED IT.

DHS claimed U.S. citizen Dayanne Figueroa rammed Border Patrol agents and assaulted them. She was never charged.

The Illinois Accountability Commission found reasonable cause to believe CBP agents arrested her without reasonable suspicion or probable cause, used excessive force, ignored her requests for medical care and submitted official reports containing material inaccuracies.

Figueroa has now filed a police report demanding criminal accountability. No agent has been charged.
