جج صاحب نے جو بھی غیر قانونی کام کرنا ہے وہ ضرور کرے۔ جیل بھیجنا ہے تو ضرور بھیجے۔ لیکن ہم لڑتے ہوئے جائینگے اور ہر روز اس ضمیر فروشی کے اڈے کو بے نقاب کرینگے۔ ہادی نے آج عدالت میں کہا: “آپ نے اگر یزید کے ہاتھ پر بیعت لے لی ہے تو ہم نہیں لیتے، ہم آپکے compromises کے پابند نہیں ہے۔”

جج صاحب جتنے مرضی جھوٹے جعلی اور غیر قانونی آرڈر پاس کِرنا چاہتا ہے کھل کے کرے۔ ہم کھڑے ہے اور ہم انکی دھمکیوں سے یا جیل اور حوالات سے نہیں ڈرتے۔ انکے پیچھے بے شق ٹینکوں والے کھڑے ہے لیکن ہم بھی سر پر کفن باند کر یہ کام کرتے ہے۔

یونیورسٹی آف سرگودھا کے گریجوئیٹ یہ ۲۴ سالہ محمد اعظم ہیں جنکے قائد اعظم یونیورسٹی ڈیفنس اینڈ سٹریٹیجک سٹڈیز میں چھٹے سمسٹر میں پڑھنے والے ۲۲ سالہ بھائی سعید اللہ کو ٹول پلازہ اسلام آباد سے اُسکے پانچ دوستوں کے سامنے 8 جولائی کو جبراً اُٹھایا گیا، اس سے پہلے 3 جولائی کو سی ٹی ڈی کے اہلکار یونیورسٹی ڈیپارٹمنٹ میں آئے تھے اور وہاں ایک پروفیسر صاحب کے ذریعے سعید اللہ کو بلایا گیا اور پوچھ گچھ کی گئی، پھر پانچ جولائی کو ہاسٹل میں یہی دو اہلکار آئے سعید اللہ کا پوچھا جو کمرے میں موجود نہیں تھا، 8 جولائی کو امتحانات کے بعد جب سعید اللہ اپنے گھر کوئٹہ جا رہا تھا تو اسکی بس کو مبینہ طور پر آٹھ گاڑیوں نے روکا اور اُسے لیکر چلے گئے، ایس ایچ او نے ایف آئی آر سے انکار کیا تو عدالتی حکم ہوا مگر آج تک بھی ایف آئی آر درج نہیں ہوئی، اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ میں حبسِ بیجا کی درخواست پر جسٹس انعام امین منہاس کی عدالت میں چار سماعتیں ہوئی جہاں حکومتی اداروں نے عدالتی احکامات کے باوجود کوئی جواب جمع نہیں کرایا اور آئیندہ تاریخ 8 نومبر مقرر ہوئی ہے۔

The unlawful detention of Dr. Mahrang Baloch and fellow Baloch Yakjehti Committee activists is a blatant act of political repression. For more than six months, they have been held without due process, denied fair trial rights, and silenced for peacefully defending human rights. Their only “crime” is speaking out against enforced disappearances and state violence in Balochistan.

This arbitrary detention violates fundamental principles of justice under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, both of which Pakistan is bound to uphold. Conducting judicial proceedings inside jail premises further strips these activists of transparency, fairness, and dignity, turning the justice system into a tool of intimidation.

Dr. Mahrang Baloch and her colleagues represent the courage of a people demanding truth and accountability. Their continued imprisonment is not just a legal violation, but a moral failure of the state. The international community must raise its voice now to ensure their immediate release and to protect the right to peaceful dissent in Balochistan.

Two months ago, we began a peaceful sit-in in Islamabad to demand the release of Baloch Yekjehti Committee leaders. Two months of dignity, discipline, and patience. And in these two months, what has the Government of Pakistan given us? Not dialogue. Not justice. Only repression, silence, and lies.

We have harmed no one. We did not burn, loot, or raise a hand in violence. Still, the state unleashed its police against us, and intelligence agencies harassed the landlords who gave us shelter. Water and electricity were cut off from the house where we were staying in an attempt to choke us into submission. When that failed, the government resorted to a dirty propaganda campaign. Suddenly, we were called traitors, foreign agents, proxies. This is the oldest trick of a weak state: unable to answer the truth, it smears those who speak it.

Let it be said clearly: it is not we, the Baloch, who are pushing towards violence. It is the state of Pakistan itself. By denying us peaceful avenues, by branding us enemies, by mocking our mothers who sit here in the scorching sun for justice, the government is itself fueling the very militancy it claims to fight. When dialogue is blocked, repression breeds desperation, and we reject this hypocrisy and this brutality. We refuse to be silenced. We are peaceful, not weak; patient, not blind. If the rulers continue to close the doors of dialogue, then they will be responsible for the bloodshed, the disruption of peace, and the suffering that may follow. Due to closing the doors of dialogue, the blood of every future conflict will be on their hands, not ours.

Today, after two months, we say again: the solution lies in talks, in justice, and in recognizing our rights. We demand all who hear us raise your voices, stand with us, and press the government to choose dialogue over repression. Let the world bear witness, the Government of Pakistan abandons peace, not us.

Day 56 — Islamabad Sit-in Camp

It has been 56 days since we began our sit-in camp in front of the National Press Club, Islamabad. We have endured harassment, threats, heavy rain, and intense heat. Despite this, no government officials have come forward for a productive dialogue with us. Instead, they have launched a coordinated campaign of propaganda, falsely claiming that we reject dialogue.

Furthermore, the state is using all its means systematically to crush the peaceful movement in Balochistan. They baselessly accuse us of being linked with certain “elements” who are “manipulating” us for their own interests shockingly without presenting any evidences.

Similarly, Saeed Baloch, one of the students at QUA, was forcibly disappeared in Islamabad on July 8th, 2025. Since then, his whereabouts remain undisclosed to his family. We urge people from all walks of life to raise their voices, as your support matters for his family and for Baloch students.

We want to make it clear that the courage of these mothers and sisters is far too great to be crushed by propaganda. They have already endured immense pain and sufferings. Our peaceful sit-in will continue until our demands are fulfilled.

Saeed Baloch, a 5th semester DSS Department student at QAU, Islamabad was forcibly disappeared on 8 July 2025 after being taken off a bus (which was en route to Quetta) by known “unknowns” in black uniforms and civil dress (accompanied by Rangers).

His habeas corpus petition is fixed in the post-26th amendment constitutional court on 12 September but despite obvious police cover up and clear indications that his case is one of enforced disappearance, the High Court is yet to issue a production order.

Despite direction to PS Noon to lodge the FIR (in 22A petition), SHO Adeel Shoukat refuses to comply with the same.

It has been two months since Saeed was forcibly disappeared but even the basic process of criminal investigation in his case has not begun - that is impunity.
