The Civic Media Center is an alternative library providing resources for progressive grassroots activism, and has been a part of social justice in Gainesville since '93. Besides being a public-access library, this non-profit hosts speakers, film screenings, concerts, and more.

Our next featured artist is the Sh-Booms. This Orlando-based band has a garage soul vibe, and has been featured on NPR. They’ve played festivals all over the country, from Austin City Limits to Okeechobee Music Festival. Now, they’re making their way to GNV for Changeville 2020!
