@pauloneill79 Deff one of the big ones. Challenge is, in large complex orgs that have been around for a long time - these are the conditions we need to create to enable shift. Cultural change takes time and making sure the ambition level is captured and communicated, is no 1.
@jereeve 100% agree with you. Orgs are complex and trying to cover everything under one mega umbrella is a big risk. Esp when that org desires to be UCD/ user focussed but has no idea what βgoodβ looks like or no one from within managing the engagementβ¦can be unintentionally misledβ¦
#servicedesign is being a mediator of value across the organisation, programme, project or product/ service. Youβre a translator, helping areas articulate their purpose, whilst enabling engagement and incentive to βdo betterβ holistically. People first, always.

@lan8ach 100% agree. Itβs been 4 years since my major burnout and iβm still recovering. I hear the same from others that the journey is long. Some studies suggest it is similar to PTSD. Boundaries are essential, but hard to rewire. Hope youβre taking care of yourself ππ».
