@ATT@ATTHelp Horrific experience @ 476 Fulton Street Bklyn branch. 4 hours on the phone due to appalling customer service from Deshaun and Daniel. Incredibly unprofessional, unsympathetic and unwilling to do their job to a high standard. A truly negative experience!
