As we have seen with other Chapter 9 institutions. They all kowtow to the ANC position. An Engineer-General will be in a similar situation...

Yet the engineering profession was left out when these safeguards were created.

@ChangingthingsS @DepartmentPWI @ECSAOfficial The Siloam Hospital was announced in 2011 by the National Cabinet to be completed by 2013, but the engineers who ruled in National Health were unable to get the project going and eventually it ends up with the DBSA and is still being built in 2026. A great achievement?
