I’m reaching out for urgent help regarding our locked account (@EightyEightIDN). The account has been locked since March 13th, it was suddenly locked and required a password change, but instead directed us to the appeal page. We’ve submitted the appeal form a few times but still have not received any response yet.

Even more puzzling, attempts to create a backup account resulted in immediate locks as well. While my main account (@EightyEightIDN) remains visible, it still allows followers and DMs. This makes people who don’t realize we can’t access it wonder why we haven’t responded. With an active subscription until next year, I have the right to demand access to my account again. At least please let me know the reason why we got these several locked issue into our account. Despite this, the system consistently flags me for login issues, even though all linked devices and login details are still fully under my control.

This account is important for our art commissions. We’d deeply appreciate transparency and a resolution. Please clarify the reason for the lock and expedite my appeal or provide any support contact that can help us regain access to our account (@EightyEightIDN).

@maximilian_ I played the beta then went back to World after having some desire to play more Monster Hunter and I was shocked how more smooth World felt. My weapons felt smooth to use and overall felt more comfortable than they did in Wilds.
