@ILoveCodeBlack @ABC No breach. Problem is rain from the top of mountains flows down to the valley. Gravity and water volume together makes a raging river of soft earth. Trees didn't snap, they came out of the ground. Storm drains get blocked with debris so the water finds its own way.
