Yesterday, my friend Kriti was traveling from Ahmedabad to Patna to explore Bihar.

She had booked a 3AC ticket and got a middle berth. She was comfortably sleeping during the journey.

At 8:05 AM, the train stopped at Nandurbar station. Just then, a woman boarded the train with her 4-year-old child.

The woman had a middle berth. She requested a boy in the same coach, who had a side lower berth, to exchange seats with her.

The woman said, "Brother, could you please give me your seat? I have a small child with me, so I am requesting you."

The boy refused, saying that he had spent ₹2,395 on the ticket for that seat.

The woman requested him again.
