Hell nah, their biological adaptations are different; all Na'Vi have fangs but not the same diets, they all have eyes but not the same size or color due to adaptability, they all have tails but not the same type due to ADAPTABILITY.

Metkayina are from sea, they have a sea diet: fish, algae, mollusks, etc. Their main diet is not fibrous; they don't need large fangs or more than 4.

Unlike the Omaticaya, whose main diet consists of very fibrous food, which they need to tear apart with their fangs to feed themselves.

Jake and Neytiri's children are also a terrible reference; they are half-bloods, not "true Na'Vi" like Neytiri or Ronal and Tsireya is 13 y/o bro XD

If you're not going to do the headcanons well, it's better not to do them at all.

Not to mention that the Na'Vi of the sea have a different diet than the Na'Vi of the forest; fish, algae, and mollusks are not fibrous or tough like red meat. Therefore, they do not need to tear fibrous foods, and consequently their canines will be smaller.

The same applies to the difference in body types; Metkayina are more robust and stocky because they are adapted to the sea, unlike the Omaticaya, who are more slender and athletic because they are adapted to the forest.
