@TrooliFibre any chance of an update as to how long it's going to fix the service in UCK5? We've been without broadband for over 24 hours now, and still no further information apart from "yeah, we know".
@BlizzardCSEU_EN Unfortunately there's no option for this. I can click reopen and then it just takes me to the ticket.
I've opened a new ticket in my account that references the mentioned one - but it's disgusting that these tickets are just glossed over. This is a huge deal for a kid.

...only received automated messages or messages brushing us off entirely, with the tickets permanently closed. The ticket in question is EU98105648. All I would like is either the account reinstated, or to be provided with proof of cheating so I can have this discussion with him.
@TrooliFibre are there currently any known issues in the Uckfield area? We pay for 900/900 and are currently getting 2.92/202 on average via https://t.co/pULHA9Dg9N. Wired connection direct to router from PC. Router and device restarted - same rough figures.
Someone give me a shout when this @PlayOverwatch pickable passives crap is over - I hate it, and I don't want it forced on me - it makes playing support even worse for most heroes - you just get targeted, rolled, and then team wiped.
@BlizzardCS are there issues with launcher login at the moment? Can't get logged in via Gamepass or Google email - just keeps spinning or saying it can't verify the credentials.
I love @PlayOverwatch but damn Mauga is broken. You should need a combination of multiple heroes to take one down - it's not fun paying against him at all

@techsavvytravvy Apologies; that's what I meant by stability but I ran out of characters. Organisational stability as opposed to "does my LAMP stack stay up". It's a tough one, as it's a fairly turbulent space at the mo. FWIW I fairly regularly use @platformsh and have had no issues there.
@techsavvytravvy More than I trust myself tbh. I'm a senior software engineer with mid level devops chops, so although I'm fairly confident everything would be safe and secure there's always a chance I'd be wrong. PaaS security/stability would have to be part of a due diligence review though.

@Argos_Online just so you know it's currently nearly impossible to enter card details on your website on a phone. It looks like the cardholder name field is configured to bring up the number keyboard rather than the QWERTY so you can't enter your name when adding a new card.
