As a result Mirpuri farmers were rehoused in the UK. Many are bloody thick and cling on to ancient customs and religion like barnacles..

The ones that came to the UK were largely illiterate workers who came to work in the mills. Those that came to the US were highly skilled and able integrate.

@chrisandmarkuk I’m often late for my first appt when I’m on call. I have to round in the hospital first and if the pts are sick or I have to speak to the family of a dying person it delays me. I try and block the 1st slot but it is usually filled by an “urgent overbook”…it’s sucks all around🥹

@BaykalSheikh @oncologycorner Actually he’s not wrong. We offered a few spots in our IM program to folks in India and they can’t get visas despite scrubbing their social media etc. it’s too much hassle for the program coordinators and we won’t do it again next year..🤷‍♂️
