@Sainsburys_Bank home insurance - if you have an emergency these are NOT the people to go with!! They lie, they don’t communicate, they don’t do what they promise. All they have done is add to the stress of us having a major leak in our kitchen. Customer service is appalling 🤬

Trying to deal with @Sainsburys_Bank home insurance is literally going to put me in an early grave!I had a leak on the 23rd august. Over a month later they have still done very little, I’m without a wall, without a floor and they still can’t tell me when they can commence work🤬

People! Don’t touch @Sainsburys_Bank home insurance!!! They sub everything out to contractors who then don’t fulfill their contracts! Sainsburys insurance don’t care! They just take your money - no point in having the insurance in the first place!!
