My black box insurance flagged speeding when the speed limit is 50mph (was going 46mph - black box has it as a 30mph limit). How do I get this removed from my record?

@HastingsDirect It was confirmed there was an issue with the speed limit for the road but you are refusing to remove it from my record. I have looked into this. You are required to do so. I will be making an official complaint as I will be taking this further. Where do I send it?
