Not sure @HBO could have ruined the #GameOfThrones kingdom and story that @GRRMspeaking spent years creating any more than they have done. I couldn't be more disappointed by the quality of the storyline! Such as shame.

Defibrillators are safe and simple to use.

We don't want people to be afraid to use one when required. A defib cannot make a situation worse - they can only be used on people in cardiac arrest, people who are clinically dead.

Use of a defibrillator gives a chance of life.

In a fleeting moment our most precious gift, life, can be taken away or changed forever so please let’s be kind to each other. On social media we may not know each other but we can still care. Have a great week ahead x #loveandpeace #BeKind

The whole cast of @BoRhapMovie is incredible with @benhardy0291, @Gwilymlee, @MazzelloJoe and so many more all playing amazing parts but @ItsRamiMalek is incredible as Freddie Mercury. Such a spellbinding performance!!

[Charlotte Benson @CharBenson1998]

WOW!!! @BoRhapMovie is utter genius. No film has ever made me feel so many emotions; I laughed, sobbed, smiled and on more than one occasion my body was covered in goosebumps! Everyone should see this film. Hands down best film I've ever watched, completely blown away!

I learned how to do CPR today so now I know how to save your life but more importantly I found out New York Presbyterian Hospital maintains a Spotify playlist of songs that are the right beat to time CPR compressions to and it is on point

A bit of my childhood came back to me last night when I realised I was talking to @_TommyLK at work! Until now I also hadn't comprehended how much I miss @WaterlooRoad.
