@Delta Why won’t you issue me a refund for my flight. It was your decision to ground my plane overnight? LGA lifted restrictions at 7:30pm. The pilot said he was able to fly until 1am.

@Delta I was told that I have to pay for the diverted flight as a partially flown flight. Even though the remainder of the flight was chosen to not fly till the next day? I did not pay for a connecting flight. Why is this your policy?

@Delta Had to drive 6 hours home from Virginia after being left stranded with my family on a diverted flight to NY. Delta is saying I completed my travel and won’t reimburse me. The plane is still stuck in Virginia!!!! I’m on hold to speak with someone for the 6th hour now. @Delta

@Delta doesn’t know where their planes are or their passengers? They say my family of 4 completed their travel??? I have to drive home after they left me and my little kids stranded in an airport with no food left in its restaurants.
