@NateForUtah Corporate welfare is annoying but acceptable when it comes to headquarters/offices because they come with a lot of jobs.
Data centers use a lot of resources without creating jobs, so they should have to pay more.
They sued their own dad?
Court records show that Ammon and Matt McNeff--the owners of BAM Franchising at the center of the Mansell/Reckless Ben Lego Scandal--sued their own father to take control over the family business (Legally Mine LLP). They accused him on several counts, including fraud and civil conspiracy (two charges they have leveled at the Ghormans and Mansells).
After an arbitrator divested the father as manager of the company, the brothers allegedly began pillaging Legally Mine to finance their acquisition of Bricks and Minifigs. According to their father in a letter to the arbitrator:
"It didn't take long for Ammon and Matt to begin pounding Legally Mine for funds to pay for BAM Franchising, Inc.
"If Ammon and Matt have not mismanaged BAM, it should have sufficient funds to pay as Legally Mine has paid employees and my sons stopped paying rent as of February, 2020."
"David Ortiz, one of the one of the original owners who is carrying the contract, is telling me that he is being contacted daily by franchisees from BAM to complain about the fact that no one is doing anything for them."
"I know you are trying to mend a family here, but this is not working. Matt and Ammon bought a BAM store of their own that has never come close to being profitable . . . this whole takeover has been about getting access to the Legally Mine accounts so they can use the funds to provide for their own failures, particularly with BAM."
@jacecraftmiller@9to5mac@ChanceHMiller Damn if only @Rivian had all of those apps available.. or they could save themselves time, stop being stupid, and and add android auto / car play.
@ionnaofficial@Wawa Please consider Hanksville, UT / Price, UT / Torrey, UT.
These cities may be on 2 lane highways, but we dont have a lot of interstate coverage in Utah and these are highly driven 2 lane highways.
@Exiled_axe I don't think Arod would have involved himself like Jeter did. But it would have been nice having two local guys instead of 2 New Yorkers whose first move is to trade the best player to New York.
