REVEALED: A think tank co-founded by Facebook’s founding president wants an entirely NEW visa category to repopulate struggling American communities with foreign workers.

It’s called the HEARTLAND VISA.

They’ve already mapped roughly 1,700 potentially eligible counties—home to 58 MILLION Americans.

The Economic Innovation Group, co-founded by Sean Parker, wants at least 100,000 visas a year.

The pitch is explicit:

“In exchange for living in a Heartland Visa community, workers with sufficient earnings will gain permanent residency”

American communities become the destination. Green cards become the incentive.

The proposal targets places struggling with population decline, including rural communities and former industrial centers.

Foreign workers would have to live in a participating area—but could work for an employer located elsewhere.

The think tank also proposes replacing labor certification with an earnings test for the green-card pathway. That would remove the usual labor-market test from this proposed route to permanent residency.

The idea has already reached Capitol Hill.

Republican Senator Todd Young and then-Senator Joe Manchin introduced a version in December 2024. Supporters included AOL co-founder Steve Case, Americans for Prosperity and the Niskanen Center.

County officials would decide whether their communities participate.

EIG continued lobbying for the proposal in 2026.

This is an organized push to turn population decline into a justification for a new immigration program.

🚨 THEY TURNED DYING PATIENTS INTO A BILLION-DOLLAR BILLING MACHINE

Some patients died the same day the wound grafts were applied.

The billing machine kept collecting.

Medicare spending on skin substitutes exploded from roughly $200 MILLION in 2019 to $14.4 BILLION in 2025—a 72-fold increase, according to House Oversight.

RFK Jr. calls it “all stolen.” That is his claim about the entire spending total. The proven fraud is already staggering.

In Arizona, two company owners pleaded guilty in a scheme involving more than $1.2 BILLION in fraudulent claims. Insurers paid approximately $615 MILLION.

Their operation targeted elderly patients, including people in hospice. Untrained salespeople selected the grafts. Nurse practitioners were instructed to suspend their medical judgment.

- Oversized grafts on tiny wounds.
- Grafts on nonexistent wounds.
- Unnecessary treatment for people nearing death.

The owners received hundreds of millions in illegal kickbacks. They were sentenced to 15½ and 14 years in prison.

Think about that: a family sitting beside someone they love, counting the hours left together—while someone else counts the reimbursement.

CMS changed the payment system for 2026, projecting nearly a 90% reduction in spending on these products. That is a projected reduction, not proof that EVERY previous claim was fraudulent, but a majority were.

Recover the money. Prosecute the perpetrators. Demand answers about how the payments kept flowing.

Every dollar stolen from Medicare is a dollar taken from patients and taxpayers.

And every dying patient exploited was somebody’s entire world.

Pure evil! And many of the perpetrators of this massive fraud were not even citizens. ☠️

Minnesota literally funds a program to help immigrants BUY HOMES with taxpayer dollars.

Up to $18,500 for down payments and closing costs.

Zero interest. Loans that can be forgiven.

The immigrant targeting is explicit. Minnesota Housing’s own 2026 report says Three Rivers Community Action:

“targets their downpayment assistance to households of color and immigrant households.”

That’s the state’s own description of where this homebuying assistance is directed.

The program covers 20 Minnesota counties.

There’s also a documented Somali connection.

A historical case study published by a funder names Somali Community Resettlement Services as one of the organizations that referred clients to Three Rivers for help becoming homeowners.

In December 2025, Minnesota approved another award for the program: $370,500 to help finance 19 home purchases.

The program’s website now says it has run out of funds.
