@tgspdcl On 22nd October the power to my home was disconnected by your board without any prior notice.I later found a bill placed near the meter but I had already paid it on 7th October This caused great inconvenience and cost me ₹200 to hire an electrician to restore the power

Since the MCU change last month or so, throttle response is poor, with less pickup and weak regen. I've visited the service center multiple times they did calibration, but the issue persists. Today also I visited service centre but, they told me to return Wednesday

After an interview, they asked for her Aadhar details and said they’d forward them to the cyber crime branch for background verification. Soon after, a person posing as a police officer on a WhatsApp video call claimed she was involved in a money laundering scam,

@OlaElectric Gave the scooter at service centre parts are missing and swapped my scooter parts with old scrap parts and they closed the ticket and handed over the scooter number plate missing get me my number plate back already raised a complaint

After 42 days, I got my scooter back from the service center. They replaced parts with damaged ones, and some are missing. Now they say it will take 30 days to get mail approval for their mistake.
