@CenturyLink thank goodness I’m a paying customer. Last night I could report no internet service, tonight a useless phone line, and still no internet service. So glad to pay for the privilege to report bad service. I know Centurylink shareholders appreciate my help.
@Ask_Spectrum I called tonight to find out if I can get your service. The rep had to check with the serviceability team. Then I get told that I’d have to pay to have someone come out to check, but that they couldn’t tell me how much it would cost! Seriously?
@CenturyLink so why is it that I pay for your service, but you don’t seem to have anyone to fix my non-working phone line? No dial tone is a problem, don’t you think?
@HRBlock so I see that your answers team doesn’t keep reasonable hours during the run-up to tax day. Does your software team make a version of TaxCut 2017 that doesn’t crash trying to import anything? Import W2? Crash. Import 1099? Crash. Seems @turbotax is a good option now.
