The @NavyFederal employee could’ve taken less than 5 minutes of her day to provide good customer service that would’ve gotten her kudos and a nice note to her boss but instead she chose to be rude and have me drive all over town for something she could’ve easily helped with.

Yesterday I went into @NavyFederal in Cypress, TX to have a travel document notarized for my child. When I walked in the girl at the front desk was immediately bothered by helping customers. I told her hello and asked how she was and she just stared at me. 😆

I left there feeling pretty silly, like why would someone help a paying customer/military family print something?! Silly me. Luckily, the Spring location was able to take care of me…I just had to drive 45 minutes to get the customer service I should’ve been given to begin with.

There’s an 8U select softball team in the Houston area charging players families $450 a month. I can see paying that much in high school….but when they’re 7 and 8? Thats diabolical. 😆

My 7 year old cried real tears on the way home from school yesterday bc we were listening to the Astros game on the radio and they didn’t pull it off in the bottom of the 9th. Plz don’t let her down, guys. She was a 2017 World Series baby. 🥲😭😆@astros

Today is my oldest’s 7th birthday. Her and her team run ruled two separate teams yesterday. 13-2 and 15-3! That counts as a birthday spanking, right? 🥳

Fun fact: I almost got thrown out of my daughters 8U softball game over the weekend (embarrassing, I know) here’s what happened. Ball was hit, our shortstop scooped the ball up and chased the lead runner back to 2nd base and held the tag on her. He refused to call time.

The rule book says the ball is dead when pitcher has full control over the ball in the circle OR when the lead runner is stopped by a play being made on them. I really don’t feel like I was wrong. He was PISSED. Why would he tell my player to throw the ball?! 🥲

He went as far as *telling* her to throw the ball to the pitcher and I told her to keep the tag on her. After he finally called time, I asked him about it and quoted the rule book and he looked at me and said “the play is dead when I say so this is your warning.” 💀

Y’all remember when the power team used to come to school for an assembly and then rip a phone book in half for the lord? That actually happened, right? 😆
