@lilJJredick @matt1r @mensongeeee @DonZionda @aydan if I'm not mistaken, diabetic ketoacidosis is almost exactly the same as putting yourself into ketosis. what happened to me was I lost a bunch of weight because my carbs weren't turning into energy for my body (which if doing keto you wouldn't have those carbs in the first place)
