I want a team culture that is player-driven and fosters a strong sense of unity and shared responsibility.

Culture isn’t about a coach incessantly yelling, disciplining, or pushing.

True culture emerges when a player steps up to correct a teammate by saying, “That’s not how we do things here,” when they notice something amiss. It’s about creating an environment where players hold each other accountable, reinforcing the standards and values of the team.

#Championship culture might start at the top, but it’s fueled from within.
