@cricut unable to open recently (last 5 mins) downloaded design space app on windows - apparently because I have not downloaded the latest version. Please help
@MACcosmetics I placed an order on the 30/05 and it’s still not been received. I’m not getting responses to emails enquiring about it either. I would appreciate a response and update on when I can expect my items. Noting you have already taken payment... thanks.
@MACcosmetics My order has now been cancelled/refunded as it was ‘lost in transit’ without consulting me. Why is it not possible for a new package to be dispatched? This is getting rather annoying! I just want what I ordered under the conditions I ordered them!!! 😡
@MACcosmetics Having emailed the address you provided, it doesn’t look like I’ll be getting a response from them either. Appreciating the need to be safe, but if you can not fulfill orders, don’t take them and don’t take my money! What’s my next step? How do I get the items I’ve bought?
@MACcosmetics The only communication I received was on the 08/06 to say the parcel was dispatched yet the tracking number is not recognised by the courier.
@TomTom unable to sync watch with phone or even log in now. Have deleted app, turned phone off. Keeps saying no internet connection, even though I do have and was able to download app. Help please!
