@MassageEnvy My daughter brought her bff for her 18th bday and got there at 4:45 thinking her appt was at 5 but it was at 4 she rescheduled for the next day they charged her card $100!! The next day they made her pay again when the mgr said she wouldn’t! She’s 18 and wks PART TIME! NOT ok!!!
