@virginmedia It’s not affecting anything, but the box doesn’t even look connected to my house or cable and still my neighbours. Im concerned the box will get damaged inside and if my neighbours ever rip theirs out we will have no broadband.

@virginmedia 2 engineers came out today to do the uplift as it wasn’t done before our install, so we were connected to next doors however what they done today doesn’t look like it’s connected to anything? It’s also not even on the wall properly and the WiFi didn’t even go off?

@AsdaServiceTeam What’s the point in having scan and go when you get to the end to transfer to till and it stops working? All the woman said to me is I’ll have to unpack and scan it on another till, no apology. Waste of time using it then.
