💪See how @laurarose13521 who was born with #cerebralpalsy and has overcome a life changing #septicemia infection has flourished in addition to gaining her independence at our Cwrt Hir independent living scheme in #Cardiff. Her progress since living there has been remarkable!
To support colleagues during this time we've brought in a range of measures including:
▪️ Interest free loans if they've been affected financially by COVID-19
▪️ 24/7 counselling via @LifeWorks
▪️ Offering financial advice via our Smart Money team
https://t.co/xRP8X1Upxm
We've reduced our median #genderpaygap from 20.8% in 2017 to 10.6% in 2019.
We've done this by:

▪️ Creating career pathways to improve earning potential

This woman and others died for the right to vote. I am eternally grateful to them for their sacrifice. All you have to do is go to your local polling station to have your say in what could be the mot significant election of a generation.
