@HMRCcustomers I need to talk to someone about my (wrong) tax code for my SelfAssessment. I call the number, confirm details, message says 'please stay on the line' and then immediately afterwards 'thank you for calling, goodbye' and call ends. How do I get through??

@WhiteleggHannah @heli_med_james But rely on your phone being charged and someone finding your phone if you're unconscious. A MedicAlert ID will never have a dead battery and remains on pulse points so more easily spotted.
