@Safaricom_Care hi, I’m unable to text though I’m on a roaming option. Also, whilst troubleshooting, I noticed that there’s approx. 1.5GB worth of data billed btw 23/09-23/10. Been out the country since 17/09 and I’m either on WiFi or local data. Please advice on these issues?

@Safaricom_Care Hi, my SMS’s don’t go through and I’m out of the country. I get a red “!”. My account is topped up and I have over 1,000 on-net sms avail. I tried to apply for a loan on both (1,000/-) to see if it will work but it says contact an agent.
