@PSeacroft44988 @acnewsitics Their oath is to the constitution yes, but there is still a chain of command in the military. If you think officers don't have to follow orders you're incorrect. The only way they can is if it is proven to be unconstitutional.

@GOPofTreason @acnewsitics You're confusing their oath with general military etiquette. If you're a lieutenant, and a captain gives you an order you follow it. If it isn't constitutional they can chose not to, but also face court martial if it is indeed found to be lawful. Orders are not optional.
