@EA this is unacceptable. I bought something and fell like I was greeted like who cares and pushed away. I hope this gets resolved so I don’t have to take further action. It it the principle of the matter. I’m an irate with the time I spent on chat to be disregarded.

@EA I am very upset with the service I have received from you guys. I purchased apex coins and did not receive them. The dumb chat that is there to resolve issues does not resolve the issue. The rep left chat before I could respond saying I need to show prof of purchase.
