@MAGAVoice From what I've heard it was a laundering scheme by the CIA that was eventually co-opted mostly by Democrats but both sides profited from it. Dems more, but both
@wiseconnector Bad question - all cities have a "d" somewhere - BLVD, RD, DPW... In the name, though? I have only lived in two so can list 4 that I lived in for more than 24 hours: Bay Shore, Petoskey, South Lyon, Chicago.
@Ealexcantero LOOKs like, absolutely. And Batman should look like George Clooney circa 1990 or Adam West circa 1967. But they should not ACT like any of those three did on screen

@1Nicdar Believe there are exactly four: Son of Godzilla, Star Wars (AKA Episode IV: A New Hope - have to count both titles and 3 versions to hit 10), Top Secret, and The Muppet Movie.
@AntiLeftMemes Now when I was ten, before my brother was born, I might have - and would probably have gotten the belt or at least a mouth full of soap.
@AntiLeftMemes I wouldn't have. Anything that got me mad enough to consider that would have just made me walk out and stay away from everyone for an hour or two
@hwinkler4real Sadly, if most of my ancestors hadn't left Germany before or during the first World War, they might have been on the other side of this horror. My deepest sympathies
@GailSimone Still haven't seen the movie but would probably have done Galactus like he was in the 90s Silver Surfer cartoon - aloof, fully aware of the gnats and occasionally willing to listen to them
@GailSimone Don't know if I've ever read the story. Picked it up two or three times and read the essays at the begining but not sure I made it past then.
