@ItsAperfectDork It actually works on Home too. OOBE\BYPASSNRO isn’t a Pro-only thing, it depends more on the Windows 11 build. Microsoft just keeps changing the setup flow, so some versions behave differently.

Setting Up Windows 11 offline is very possible, but Microsoft makes it less obvious now because it pushes you to sign in with a Microsoft account.

Trick is: on "Let's Connect you to a Internet" press 'Shift+F10' opens cmd.
Type: OOBE\BYPASSNRO, hit enter. 👇
