I firmly believe that for a team or organization to achieve success and experience exponential growth, team members, staff, and employees must be treated as humans with respect and dignity. It's the only way to get the best out of your team players.
As a thought leader, I've led teams and worked under various heads and team leads. One thing's clear: no team, organization, or individual can accomplish a task or achieve a goal without putting people first.
A political and economic analyst don't just take happenings within the political space for granted, they read in between the lines, question every intent and actions, and succinctly scrutinise every policy and moves. When we questioned the undertone of Oga T's
UK visit and the charades of a welcome he received, many thought we were just making a noise. This was UK'S way of tricking Nigeria, to get to accept a loan offer, that comes with conditions which am still trying to wrap my head around it.
It beats my imagination to think that, it took an eternal pressure on our government to take decisive actions in tackle the security challenges, which remains the primary assignment of any government. Now Nigerians are asking, can the FG be honest & trusted in the fight?
I learnt that the FG have declared a state of emergency on security. If this is true, then we can at least breathe a sigh of relief, knowing that for once the government acted right. Then this has been an action long overdue.
@officialABAT I hope the president carefully thought through his speech, on the rescue of the abducted worshippers and students? Because through out his speech, there was no mention of any single arrest of the perpetrators. Could the government have paid a ransom for their release? Just asking
I read through the speech, and in analysing it base on the speech, it's as good as saying that there is a hand of Jacob in the rescue of the victim. This can be an indictment on the part of the government, given the precarious security situation we find ourselves as a nation.

The years of decadence must end, and we must contribute our honest quota to ensure this nation works for all, regardless of affiliation or side of the divide one belongs to.
A lot is going on in this country, and it seems like we're not paying attention. It appears the enemies are having a field day (God forbid, because I know my daily prayers for this country will never be in vain). There's fire on the mountain, and nobody seems to be on the run.
