Today saw the beginning of the demolition of our Inspire Centre! This will make way for our new multi-storey car park, a key enabler for our new hospital. The Inspire Centre has played an important role in QEH life, but with a limited lifespan and RAAC structure, it's time to go.

Sadly, due to a knee injury I will not be able to participate in Sunday’s GEAR run as planned, but will instead be deferring my commitment and running the Sandringham 10K Run on Sunday 24 September.
