Different bodies have different structures, ranges of motion, and movement solutions. Good coaching isn’t about making every player move alike, it’s about understanding the individual and helping them move more effectively.
Parents/Coaches/Instructors.
Before you teach the swing, teach the athlete how to move.
You can give a hitter all the right cues, but if they can’t balance, rotate, control their body, and move athletically, those cues won’t mean much.
Movement is the foundation of hitting.
