I’m excited to step into the role of President at Ava Labs.

I’m grateful to John for his trust and to the entire team for the foundation they have built over the past seven years. I’m also fortunate that John will remain closely involved as Senior Advisor.

We are entering an important moment. Financial markets are becoming 24/7, tokenization is moving into real-world use, and AI will create economic activity that legacy infrastructure was never designed to support. Avalanche was built for this world.

My job is to help Ava Labs turn that opportunity into durable growth. That means operating with greater clarity, focus, and speed while listening closely to our builders, partners, customers, and community.

There is a great deal of work ahead, and I could not ask for a better team to do it with. I’m excited to get started.
