Sending so much love to all the suppliers and venues out there who have been told they’re money-grabbing stupid hobbyists who can’t be trusted and and should ‘get better jobs’ by a govt that’s made no effort to see your brilliance.
We all applaud you.

Sending love and strength to all the couples for whom sleep will not come easily tonight while we wait for news. You’re not on your own in this - we’re here and we’re fighting together.

The rules for weddings change on Monday (yep, just a few days away) and we STILL have no updated guidance.
Businesses and couples have no clarity for Step 3 weddings and yet again, we are left behind.
The time for 'working on the guidance' is over. It needs to be published.

Well, this has made our evening! Thank you @itvlondon mentioning our campaign and to our lovely friend and supporter @MirrorBridal for making this happen.
So Westminster - #whataboutweddings?!
WOW! We’ve had almost 9,000 signatures in just over 4hrs! You are all amazing 🤩 Please keep signing and sharing - you’ve got until 9am tomorrow morning!
It’s 19 days until @BorisJohnson’s 22nd Feb announcement re the easing of lockdown. Weddings must be included to bring certainty to couples and businesses. Now is the time for us to turn up the volume so all MPs are asking #whataboutweddings.
Why is the Business Department unable or unwilling to fight for our sector? Why have events (looked after by another department) been allowed to re-open whilst weddings have not? @scullyp@AlokSharma_RDG@WAWofficialUK#whataboutweddings
Why can you have 1000 people indoors for a business/sports event but only 15 at a wedding?! It literally makes no sense! Where is the science saying that 15 is the right number? Surely a percentage capacity of venues is better for Covid safe weddings? #WhatAboutWeddings
