Another Castle Crashers inspired art. I posted this on Newgrounds and got a follow from Tom Fulp, one of the co-creators of Castle Crashers and @thebehemoth No AI here, just hands, my computer, photoshop, and tablet.
@NoContextHumans I trust that my wife is capable of getting out of the house. I don't trust my kids to be able to do that without help. Also knowing my wife she'd be the most prepared and she would be helping me rescue the kids. My wife would be furious if I didn't rescue our kids.
@joneesmakechev@PhrogPollen Two games where the protagonist is battling enemies that are really their internal struggles are Alice Madness Returns and Hellblade. I'm sure there are many more though.
@joneesmakechev@PhrogPollen Resident Evil 2 comes to mind. Leon and Claire are both good protagonists and uncover so much wickedness, corrupt leaders, a corrupt corporation, human trafficking, illegal experiments, going on behind the scenes in Raccoon City. The end result is total destruction of the city.
@PhrogPollen@jeremy_new54849 Yes! Look for A good one and once you're married they are THE one. I am thankful to God I met my wife. It could have easily not happened, but I believe it was providence.
@Tigerclaw010@Akumabat True, but what I mean is he attempts to make himself appear as a good guy and his fans love him, but in reality he is a ruthless monster.
@farmingandJesus I'm pretty sure that most kids say things like this if they have parents that model good behavior and loving care. Once they learn more it transitions in to "I want to marry someone like dad", which is one of the biggest compliments your kid can give you honestly.
@PhrogPollen I like 'horror' stories, especially games, where a morally good, but imperfect protagonist must combat evil and cling to hope. Oftentimes the evil may be monsters, wicked people or a representation of the protagonist's internal struggles.
@lporiginalg Context: The daughter was killed in a car accident. The guilty driver was going 75 in a 50. I can understand the father's frustration though. Apparently the driver was also banned from driving for two years as well.
@angrypenguinPNG This can be fun to do. Upscale it to 8k, convert to stereographic 3d using iw3-desktop, view in VR 3d using renderstuff's 360 panorama viewer. Alternatively you could upload the non 3d image to Marble World Labs and it will generate an actually 3D gaussian splatt.
